Edit and Archive a Menu Display Profile
In the TechSuite portal, you can manage your Menu Display Profiles by editing existing profiles or archiving ones you no longer need. Archiving safely removes a profile from active use while keeping its record intact, useful for seasonal menu boards, retired screens, or testing profiles.
Edit a Menu Display Profile
You can update a Menu Display Profile’s name, connected menus, display schedule, theme/branding, screen orientation, and auto-advance timing. This is helpful when refreshing your on-screen menus or aligning settings across locations.
a. Open Menu Display Profiles
Go to Settings > Devices & Profiles > Menu Display Profiles.
b. Find the Profile
Find the Menu Display Profile you want to edit from the list.
c. Click the Edit button
Hover over the row and click the Edit Button

Update Profile and Save Changes
Update the profile info (name), connected menus/playlists, schedule (days/times), theme/branding, orientation, and slide/auto-advance timing. Then click Save
when you’re done. Updates apply to any device licences currently linked to this Menu Display Profile.
Archive a Menu Display Profile
Archiving removes a Menu Display Profile from active selection while keeping it stored for later use. This is ideal for pausing a seasonal board or retiring a screen setup without deleting it.
a. Open Menu Display Profiles
Go to Settings > Devices & Profiles > Menu Display Profiles.
b. Find the Profile
Choose the Menu Display Profile you want to remove from active use.
c. Click the Archive Button
Hover on the row and click the Archive Button.
d. Confirm Archive
A confirmation popup will explain that this action is reversible and the profile will no longer be available for device assignment. Click Archive to confirm. The profile will no longer be selectable but remains stored for future restoration.
Restore an Archived Menu Display Profile
Restore a previously archived Menu Screen Profile to make it active again.
a. Open Archives
Go to Settings > Archives.
b. Choose Menu Display Profiles
Select the Menu Display Profiles section.
c. Find the Profile
Search or browse to locate the Menu Display Profile you want to restore.
d. Restore
Click the Unarchive button
. The profile returns to your active list with its settings intact.

Assign this Menu Display Profile to a device under Settings > Devices & Profiles > Device Licences (use the Menu Display licence type). If needed, review your connected menus/playlists and scheduling so each screen displays the right content at the right time.
