POS Dashboard Overview
The POS Home page is the starting point for staff working on the TechSuite POS. After signing in with an email and password, users land here to handle daily tasks such as taking orders, managing availability, accessing the kitchen display, and working with customers. 
To Get Started
Open the TechSuite POS app, sign in with your TechSuite email and password, and you’ll arrive on the POS Home screen.
POS Home Layout
a. Take Order
Open the ordering screen to create new orders, browse/search items, apply modifiers, add promotions, assign customers, and send tickets to the kitchen or bar. See POS Take Order Page Overview for more details.
b. Orders
View both active orders and order history. Open, review, and manage in-progress or completed orders from POS, kiosk, and connected channels. See Orders on POS App for more details.
c. Kitchen Display
Launch the Kitchen Display System (KDS) on this device so kitchen staff can see and process incoming orders in real-time. See Kitchen Display for more details.
d. Availability
Open the availability manager to temporarily mark items or modifiers as unavailable for the day/shift. This keeps menus accurate for staff and customers. See Availability on POS App for more details.
e. Customers
Search existing customers, view recent activity, or create a new profile to attach to an order. See Customers on POS App for more details.
f. Time Clock
Clock in or out using a personal passcode. This logs staff attendance and working hours directly from the POS. See Clock In and Clock Out on POS for more details.
g. Reports
Access on-device snapshots of sales and performance to monitor how the service is performing.
h. Staff & Device Status
The bottom of the screen shows the name of the currently signed-in staff member. This confirms who is active on the device and supports clear accountability during service. 
i. Settings
Disconnect or relink the current profile or payment device on this terminal. Manage payment devices, view licence information, and access profile-specific settings depending on the licence attached (e.g., POS and/or KDS). See TechSuite POS App Settings for more details.
j. Change Language
Use the Language control in the top-right corner of the POS dashboard to switch the interface language instantly on this device. The change applies to menus, buttons, and prompts across the app.
k. System Sign Out
Tap System Sign Out in the top-right corner of the POS dashboard to end the current session and return to the sign-in screen. Use this when switching users or when you need to relink the device to a licence.
Where to Start
