Manage Channel’s Availability

Go to The Manage Availability page on TechSuite portal from your side navigation and click on the Channels Shop tab. You’ll see the cards of each integrated channel, along with their current status. If you don’t see any channels, ensure you’ve connected them in Integration Settings.

Channel Cards Features

On the right side of each channel card, you’ll find various toggles and settings to manage how availability is handled for that channel. Below are the key options you’ll come across.

a. Channel Working Status

If you temporarily cannot accept orders from this channel in selected branch—perhaps due to staffing or ingredient shortages—toggle it to Closed. Returning it to Open resumes receiving orders from customers on that platform.

b. Auto Accept Orders

Many channels let you decide whether orders are accepted automatically or need manual approval. Toggle Auto Accept on or off. If you turn it on, a popup appears, letting you choose how long to delay acceptance (e.g., “Accept after 2 minutes”).

This buffer can help if you need a quick review before final confirmation. Once saved, any orders from this channel follow the new auto‐accept rule.

c. Edit Availability Date & Time

Each channel card typically displays the menu it’s using, along with the days and times it’s active (e.g., Monday: Closed, Tuesday: 08:00–17:00, etc.). You can adjust these hours for each day of the week to control when orders can be received. For more advanced scheduling—such as holiday closures—see Manage Availabilities in system in the system’s general settings.

What’s Next?

If you need to fine-tune availability for specific items—such as temporarily pausing an item or adjusting its active times—check out Manage Items Availability. There, you can control which products appear at each branch or channel, ensuring your offerings align with real-time stock levels and scheduling.
