Edit an Existing Kiosk Profile
Once you’ve created a kiosk profile, you can update its settings anytime to reflect new branding, menu layouts, or additional integrations. Follow the steps below to find and edit an existing profile, whether you’re adjusting the main view (style and branding) or the menu view (menu interface and suggested items).
Step 1: Find Kiosk Profiles
In the left‐hand menu of your portal, navigate to Settings > Devices & Profiles > Kiosk Profiles. This page displays all the kiosk profiles you’ve created so far.
Each profile has its own name and a brief description (if you added one). Profiles can be sorted or filtered by name, creation date, or other criteria.
Step 2: Select the Profile You Want to Update
Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the kiosk profile
you wish to change. Once located, hover the name and then click the "Edit" icon 
on the right side of the line. You can also archive any unwanted kiosk profiles by clicking the ’Archive’ icon next to the edit icon. Archived kiosks can be restored at any time from the portal by navigating to Settings > Archive > Kiosk Profiles
This takes you to the editing interface for that specific kiosk profile. Depending on your permissions, you may be able to rename the profile, adjust style or branding elements, or modify menu settings.
Step 3: Choose the Section You Want to Edit
After clicking “Edit” on your kiosk profile, you’ll see tabs or links to different configuration pages. Typically, these are divided into:
a. Main Profile Page Setup (Style & Branding)
Adjust your kiosk’s colours, logo, standby media, order process steps, and other general settings.
b. Menu Page Setup (Menu & Layout)
Customise which menu items appear, how categories are displayed, and any suggested items or upsells.
You’ll see options like
Checkout Settings,
Integrations, and other advanced features. Each
section corresponds to the same setup steps you saw when creating a new
kiosk profile. After finishing your edits, remember to tap
in the top‐right corner to finalise
your Kiosk profile.
